Delivery
Lead times
Lead times are indicative: 2 to 5 business days.
Address
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the address.
In case of error:
- no refund of delivery fees
- reshipment at the customer's expense
Package marked as delivered
Any package indicated as delivered by the carrier is considered received.
In case of dispute:
- the customer must contact the carrier first
- an investigation may be opened
Damaged or missing products
The customer must check the package upon receipt. Any complaint must be made within 48 hours with supporting photos. After this period, no complaint will be accepted.
Right of withdrawal
The customer has 14 days to withdraw. Products must be:
· unopened
· unused
· in their original packaging
Any opened product is not refundable for hygiene reasons
Returns & refunds
Conditions:
Return validated by email beforehand product intact
Return fees:
At the customer's expense. Refund may be refused if:
- product used
- product damaged
- incomplete return
Timeframe:
Up to 14 days after receipt of the return
